1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns of new items that meet the following criteria:

– The item has not been installed.

– It is in its original packaging and is complete.

– The item is resalable as new.

2. Return Authorization:

Prior to shipping the item back to us, the buyer must contact SKL Moto to obtain a Return Authorization number. Returns sent without this authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Period:

Any return must be initiated within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of the item’s delivery date.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be manufacturer defective.

5. Refunds:

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the item. Please note that a restocking charge of 5% ORDER VALUE ABOVE 500 AED TO 15% ORDER VALUE BELOW 500 AED may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item and the duration of its return period.

6. Exclusions:

– Sales returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ELECTRICAL GOODS AND BATTERIES.

– We will not accept returns and provide refunds on items that:

1. Have been installed.

2. Are not in their original packaging.

3. Are missing included accessories and are not complete.

Note: Refunds may take 3 to 7 days to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
